CAROLINA GOLD RICE GRITS

Carolina Gold Rice Grits are the middling or broken pieces from Carolina Gold
Rice Grits. They can be used to make a hearty pot of grits or used in your favorite
risotto recipe. 

Basic recipe for cooking grits

1 cup grits
4 cups water
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
Add all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil for 15 minutes, reduce heat
to low, cover, stir and let steam for 15 minutes.
